The space

The Yellow Door Cottage offers 2 bedrooms, each with queen beds & closets for your belongings. The main living area provides a comfortable sofa, large screen TV, dining area and a writing desk. The 3-piece bathroom is equipped with towels for 4 guests, toiletries and a hair dryer. The full eat-in kitchen includes a full size fridge, full size stove and cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and the basic tableware and basic necessities for the purpose of lite food prep or dining in for 4 guests. The kitchen is not equipped with all the necessities for cooking such as a food processor, electric mixer, baking dry ingredients, etc. In addition to the indoor lounge and dining area, the private backyard has a screened in sitting area on the deck and a dining table on the patio. Note: We regret that there is no barbecue on the premises.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire main floor, the front porch and the back porch.
The driveway has plenty of parking for more than 4 cars.

Other things to note

The cottage is walking distance from everything you need.

At the corner of Mary and Mississauga (1 block away) there is a convenience store, an ATM, a wonderful bakery and the famous Backhouse restaurant. Also in this same corner are two bike rental shops.

If you like to pamper yourself at the other side of our cottage, near John and Regent is Pillar & Post Inn & Spa.

The cottage is a short 10 min walk to downtown Queen St. where you can stroll the unique shops, enjoy a freshly made ice cream and take in the beautiful flowers and building backdrop.
